Citizens of Winchester and Frederick County
Are YOU interested in participating in this project by serving on the Committee of 100?
The Committee of 100 is a 'NON-MEETING committee of individuals' made up of citizens representing a broad cross-section of the Winchester-Frederick County population.
It is the responsibility of the committee to review and comment on the sub-committee proposals.
- The committee will probably not meet as a whole.
- Each member of the Committee of 100 will be asked to review the unification proposals and to complete questionnaires at various times throughout the project.
- The responses will be collated and presented to the appropriate sub-committees. The individual responses will remain anonymous unless you include your name.
The committee will continue throughout the duration of the project.
